25 Lot Subdivision - Value: $1.2m

 Following the successful completion of the first project for this developer, D&D Group were engaged to build a 25 lot subdivision, running 7 months behind contract date and only completed a 3rd of the original scope.  D&D Group worked closely with the developers and delivered the final 2/3 of the project within 8 weeks, including management of all service providers, for sewer, water, electric, gas and NBN installations.    

STAGE 1 STORAGE YARD UPGRADE, LIVERPOOL, NSW
Prysmian Commercial Development - Value: $250,000

The project included drainage infrastructure upgrades, retaining walls and laydown hardstand upgrades. 

JAMIESON PARK, PENRITH, NSW
Sports Field - Value: $500,000

The project included all bulk earthworks, cut and fill, including the removal of all existing ground infrastructure, removal of asbestos pipes. Installation of inground drainage, pipe, pits and v-drains.  The replacement of gravel rocks with zero tolerance to accommodate AstroTurf.  Footpath preparation, topsoil and re-seeding.

FAIRWAY DRIVE, NORWEST, NSW
Golf Shore Nursing Village - Value: $600,000

Rebuild the new frontage to the existing nursing village, including residents gardens, extending the overall frontage by 3 metres. The existing frontage was adjacent to a 6 metre wide 2 metres deep V-Drain, servicing the Golf Course at the rear.  Works included the cut & fill and removal of unsuitable material. 

SERPENTINE AVENUE, NORTH KELLYVILLE NSW
Three LOT Subdivision - Value: $350,000

This three lot subdivision included the demolition of the existing dwelling.  Preparation and installation of all services, including sewer, water, gas, electrical and NBN.  Road construction, kerbs and gutters.  Footpaths and driveways.  All landscaping to front, including a 15 metre Rain Garden

STAGE 11 STORAGE YARD UPGRADE, LIVERPOOL, NSW

Prysmian Commercial Development - Value: $250,000

Upgrading of two existing hardstands.  Cut for area - 1600m2 and 2100m2, trim and placement of HBB.
