
The project included all bulk earthworks, cut and fill, including the removal of all existing ground infrastructure, removal of asbestos pipes. Installation of inground drainage, pipe, pits and v-drains. The replacement of gravel rocks with zero tolerance to accommodate AstroTurf. Footpath preparation, topsoil and re-seeding.
Rebuild the new frontage to the existing nursing village, including residents gardens, extending the overall frontage by 3 metres. The existing frontage was adjacent to a 6 metre wide 2 metres deep V-Drain, servicing the Golf Course at the rear. Works included the cut & fill and removal of unsuitable material.
This three lot subdivision included the demolition of the existing dwelling. Preparation and installation of all services, including sewer, water, gas, electrical and NBN. Road construction, kerbs and gutters. Footpaths and driveways. All landscaping to front, including a 15 metre Rain Garden
